As the Broker of The TLC Group Realtors, Tracy L. Cuthpert was responsible for running all facets of the business. Tracy has a proven executive management track record and over 25 years of experience and growth in the Real Estate Industry including being a Relocation Expert for Fortune 500 companies. She developed The TLC Group Realtors and rebranded the multi-million-dollar business and renamed it Cuthpert Realtors.

Tracy has personal experience in the Real Estate Process. Not only has she herself been a Real Estate Agent since 1999, she has been a Real Estate Broker since 2004.

Her vision and appreciation for the design and quality of homes helped set her standards in the real estate business. She is a thinker and has an extraordinary way of looking at business and life in general. Tracy posses a never settle attitude and is constantly evaluating life and business to imitate change.

Tracy Cuthpert was one of the youngest African American females to be awarded a HUD Listing Broker’s Contract. Tracy Cuthpert Listed HUD/REO Properties in 37 Counties within the State of Texas. Tracy gained vast knowledge about all aspects of the Real Estate Industry and Relocation, from Luxury Home Sells, Builders, Commercial, and Foreclosed Properties. 

Tracy L. Cuthpert has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She is serves on several boards and real estate committees. Most importantly, Tracy has personal experience in the Real Estate process and her dedication and professionalism is cornerstone to the success that she has seen in helping Families, Companies, and Investors, attain their dreams of OWNING A HOME or Commercial property.
